Cynthia-Lowman

Cynthia Lowman

Cynthia Lowman likes her name but goes by Cindy.

She is mostly a writer, narrator, and sometimes a web designer in South Carolina. She is editing her first novel and hopes to defy the odds by getting it published.

She writes short stories, some of which have been featured on 9th Story Studios podcasts The Lift and The Wicked Library. Cindy is a member of Pennwriters as well as two writing groups that she expects to help make her famous. Cindy made her first foray into the world of audiobook narration in the audio edition of an anthology from Shadows at the Door, edited by Mark Nixon.

Follow her journey to fame and fortune on her blog, Facebook, Twitter, and all those other social media outlets she’s been told to use and intermittently does.

Daniel Foytik

Daniel Foytik is a teller of interesting lies who explores his love of story in all its forms through writing, narration, and the creation of multiple award nominated and award winning audio drama podcasts including Victoria’s Lift, The Wicked Library, and The Private Collector Series. Daniel celebrates his autism which, despite coming with some challenges, also gives him abilities that he feels contribute to the richness of his productions.

His short story “A Little Light Gets In” appears in the Shadows at the Door anthology, and his story “Buying America” appears in the anthology The Lift: 9 Stories of Transformation, Volume 1.

While he created Victoria and Victoria’s Lift, he considers himself to be as much Victoria’s creation as she is his.

Formerly of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Daniel now lives in Central Pennsylvania, in the mountains of Appalachia, surrounded by deep, dark woods.

Daniel’s production entity— 9th Story Studios — currently creates:

  • Victoria’s Lift
  • The Wicked Library
  • The Private Collector: Cartwright and Enfield Detective Agency
  • Extra Wicked

Prior Productions include:

  • Listen
  • Wicked Fairy Tales

Jessica McEvoy

Jessica McEvoy attempts to conduct a career as a professional voice actress between peddling video games and teaching yoga in her home state of Arizona. This, however, is moderately undermined by the fact that she records in a dimly lit closet with her microphone balanced on a stack of old board games (Junior Scrabble and Powerpuff Girls Monopoly form a strong foundation), but she hopes that no one holds that against her.

Though her main work consists of narrating audiobooks, her first dive into the voice world was through The NoSleep Podcast after answering a post from the LibriVox forums. Having been raised on horror movies and scary stories, she was beyond excited to be able to work on the show.

Andy James is an Australian man with a passion for storytelling and voice over. He loves the opportunity to try and bring a character to life either through the written or the spoken word. In his spare time you can often find him playing his favourite CRPG’s or listening to his favourite Heavy Metal bands…quite often both at once! A combination of Baldur’s Gate and Iron Maiden makes for a terrific day.
